Our general Server Settings are as follows:

Incoming mail:

• Username: your full email address
• Mail server: add mail. before your domain name (eg; mail.zulucom.co.za)
• Port: 143 for IMAP or 110 for POP
• Encryption method: None
• Require logon using Secure Password Authentication (SPA) is unticked
• SSL must be off

Outgoing mail:

• Username: your full email address
• SMTP server: add smtp. before your domain name (eg: smtp.zulucom.co.za)
• Port: 587 (not 25)
• Encryption method: None
• Require logon using Secure Password Authentication (SPA) is unticked
• SSL must be off

POP3 vs IMAP - What's the difference?

Setup your own auto or out of office reply

• Go to http://mail.yourdomain.co.za eg; http://mail.zulucom.co.za
• Click the Webmail icon
• Enter your Email Address and Password, then click Webmail Login
• Once logged in, click the Settings link at the top right
• Click Manage Mailbox at the bottom left and relogin with your Email Address and Password
• Scroll down to Autoresponse and set:
  • Enable Auto Reply to On
  • Expiry Date (this will automatically disable the auto reply at 6am on the date selected)
  • Subject
  • Body/Message
• Click the Update Mailbox button to finalise and save
